What is Loldosa?+
Loldosa is a LoL AI coach — auto scout & review for every game, delivered to your Discord DM and the web. Link your Riot ID once and it takes over from there: the moment a game is found it scouts all ten players and sends you a briefing, and when the game ends a full review lands in your DMs. Nothing to launch, no window to alt-tab to — if Discord is open, it runs. Setup is one Discord login, and new users get 3 days of full PRO free.
Does clicking connect charge me?+
No. We take no card and no payment details. You enter your IGN, sign in to Discord once, and that's it — 3 days of full PRO start right there. When those 3 days end nothing is charged, because there is no card on file. You only ever move to paid by pressing the subscribe button yourself.
Is it free?+
New users get a full 3-day PRO trial — auto scouting, reviews, unlimited questions, all included. No card required. After the trial, every bot feature needs PRO. The one thing that's free without signing up is the web instant checkup on this page (just enter your Riot ID).

What's the '16-type diagnosis'?+
Your history is judged on four axes — laning (strong/weak), late game (closer/thrower), fighting (present/absent), consistency (stable/rollercoaster) — into a name + code like 'Rollercoaster Laner'. On top, the habit scanner mines your match timestamps for things like 'requeue within 20min of a loss: -18%p win rate'. If a sample is too thin, it stays silent — everything it says has receipts.
Does a review come automatically every game?+
Yes (PRO/trial): two cards — personal (death map, op curve, build) and team (collapse snapshot, gold chart, 3-act story) — plus a decision-audit text review that computes enemy respawns to count the 4v5 windows you took or missed. After the trial, it's PRO only.
How is 'team luck' calculated?+
It compares the average op score of your 4 allies (excluding you) vs the enemy 5. If you played well but your team's average was far below the enemy's, it stamps 'worst team luck — not your fault' with data. Built so you stop blaming yourself for games you carried and lost.
How is it different from op.gg?+
op.gg is a dashboard: it shows numbers, you do the interpreting. Loldosa interprets them into 'where you collapsed and what to do next game', and answers questions like 'how do I beat Yasuo as Zed?' with cooldowns, combos and builds. op.gg is a dashboard; Loldosa is the coach sitting next to it.
What does it cost?+
Loldosa PRO is a single plan, $3.99/month. Auto scouting, both review cards, diagnosis, weekly reports and unlimited questions are all included.
Is the data up to date?+
Yes. Everything is pulled live from op.gg on the current patch, and every number is computed by code — zero hallucination.
Are these numbers mine, or global stats?+
Both, in different places. The KDA, CS, deaths and op score inside a card are all computed from your own recent games. Only the comparison line next to them — labelled 'tier avg' — is the aggregate for your tier. The label says which is which, and anything with too thin a sample is simply not shown.
Easy to cancel?+
Yes, cancel anytime in one click at the billing provider (Polar). PRO stays active until the end of your period.
Can I get a refund?+
Yes. Monthly: full refund within 30 days of your first payment. Annual: the unused months are refunded (used months counted in 30-day blocks). Lifetime: full refund within 15 days of purchase. Once per account. DM the bot 'refund' and it's processed within 24h to your original payment method. Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and access continues until the end of the paid period.
Who should NOT get PRO?+
Anyone who won't look at reviews. If you just play and never check the analysis, PRO becomes a gym membership you don't use — the free web checkup now and then is enough. PRO is for people actually climbing this season.
